Fair warning ⛔️ DONT MOVE HERE Honestly I don’t even know where to start with this Review. I have over 100,000 views on my reviews because I am a Local Guide, so I hope this sits well. We were tenets with mark Taylor for over 7 years. Now we have a beautiful home in the ocotillo suburbs. We transferred from club Cancun in 2018-2019 thinking we were moving into a “ Luxury” apartment space. We were deceived. This place is NO WHERE NEAR LUXURY! THIS IS A SECTION 8 Housing development now! The workers in the front office is a JOKE! Bri is absolutely the WORST human I’ve ever encountered! Not only did she yell and accuse me of threatening a maintenance worker….(who by the way came into my house and yelled at my wife before leaving)…because I wanted to talk to this man alone about what happened in MY RENTED SPACE! She is a absolute joke! I warned the office many times of there horrible service and they shrug 🤷‍♀️ and say “Oh Well” Management? There is none. The pictures you see were two days after getting our bathroom re sprayed because the “Luxury” bathroom was peeling? They WILL CHARGE FOR ANY DAMAGE YOU CAUSE AS A TENET! my children broke a glass while playing on accident they charged us 300$!!! We needed a hole patched in the wall. They charged 150$!!!!! Just an FYI I worked at MSL Luxury apartments on Ocotillo and Ellsworth. THAT IS LUXURY. Free snacks, soda, have as many guests as you want at the pool, all repair damage is covered (As it should be because we’re RENTING!), front office has the BEST customer service you can imagine, and even went out their way to give free services throughout the year. There is so much NEGATIVITY AND BAD ENERGY HERE IT MAKES YOU SICK! BTW this is a Immigrant housing community! There are foreigners from all over the world now living in the single apartment complex because of the Intel corporation next-door. They walk outside in the middle of streets. They also group up and stare at you whenever you’re doing anything! 😱 Don’t worry the office treats these people with immaculate customer service lol. Remember there gone in 5 YEARS! Hope it was worth it!! To end this review I just want to say. You guys left me disappointed, and very sure that I will never move to another apartment in my life. What a horrible experience and I hope you guys can come to the conclusion to get rid of your whole front office and restart. Might be worth it! Fair warning ⛔️ DONT MOVE HERE!!!

Living Here at San Palacio for the past 6+ years. We absolutely love it here. We have constantly experienced five star living at this Mark-Taylor community. Our office Staff is always ready to address our concerns with a friendly smile, thumbs up ladies! We always receive optimal service from our maintenance team. Ed Mejia our property manager is doing a great job totally helpful and up on keeping the ship right! It can make or break a community. Once again there is no place like San Palacio living.

Don’t let the 4.4 deceives you. I had nothing but issues since I moved here. This is not a luxury complex and they don’t take proud of it. When I moved in the closet door were unhinge almost hit my dog. Second the tub was not draining. If you move to one of the remodel unit expect your cabinets to be cover with contact paper. Both tubs are glazed they will start peeling on the first clean up. The trash valet pick up whenever they want not from Sunday - Thursday. Dog park is not well keep is always muddy. I have submitted various request for them to fix the smoke detector. Now I need to lose one day of work and be at my apartment to make sure the job gets done because the maintenance team and the office are unable to do the job their were hired to do. Now let me tell you about the luxury service you will receive from the employee here, they clearly have never work in a luxury environment before and it show. If Mark Taylor is going to promote luxury in their complex make sure to train your staff on luxury customer service.

Very bad service. Please don't sign move-in documents until you verify everything. Once you sign the person who will be coordinating with you will not be available to answer you as she will get super busy. Even if you walk-in to their office they will send you back saying you need mention all the issues in the form and submit. Thanks to Jamie he is very helpful and caring.
